The Company is aware of the special needs of certain customers and we offer help wherever we can. The system is fully described in our leaflet, and customers can register their special needs with the Company through our Customer Accounts Department on 01978 833200.
For those of our customers who have special requirements, we maintain a special needs register which allows us to give them priority if there is a problem.
