Dee Valley Water and its staff are committed to providing our customers with a high level of service. Occasionally, we do not meet our customers’ expectations, if we have failed in any way we would like you to contact us and we will try to rectify the situation.
Contacting us by telephone is the fastest way to resolve your query or complaint and will allow us to answer your questions directly. There are three ways in which you can contact us:
